Free Initial Consultation Explanation

Finding and hiring the right attorney for you and your needs is a very personal experience and not one that should be jumped into without a certain amount of research and care. Part of this research is discussing your needs with a civil representative before you decide to move on with one of our partnering attorneys.
This is why we at Civil Securities Private Sector offer a free first initial consultation for all our partnering attorneys clients.
Limits regarding the free initial consultation:

The free initial consultation is a thirty (30) minute session during which the potential-client case sequences with a civil representative ensuring proper evaluation of the cases timeline and clients expectations.

The lawyer cannot provide any legal advice to the potential-client as so would potentially create a client/attorney relationship prematurely.
At the end of the free initial consultation, the civil representative will let you know whether or not he/she is able to assign you with a partnering attorney in our private sector.
If able our representative will immediately assign you an attorney that will offer you the best outcome and experience during the full duration of your case and will discuss the estimated fees/fee structure should you decide to retain a partner attorney with Civil Securities Private Sector to handle your legal issue(s).
If you have a question that requires a legal opinion, the attorney will inform you that such a question would require a legal opinion for which we must charge. A fee will be discussed and agreed upon based on the hourly fees or contingency agreement, and the opinion may be rendered. Unfortunately, we must charge for any legal opinion or conversation provided due to our insurance but offer three (3) types of payment options so payment is never a reason for non representation during one's time of hardship.

The free initial consultation allows you to familiarize yourself with the case's sequence and allows the partnered attorney or civil representative to explain what help or protection they are able to offer you before any money or services are exchanged and promised.
