Contingency Legal Services

A contingency fee agreement is a form of billing that allows for an attorney to be paid a percentage of the damages awarded at the end of the case instead of an hourly rate. In contingency arrangements, the attorney agrees to take on the case without charging their regular hourly fees. While the lawyer does not receive their fees until the end of the case (and unless the case is won), the client may still be responsible for a few up-front fees related to work on the case. For example, the client may be responsible for court filing fees, discovery costs, expert witness fees, and other overhead fees in order to keep their case moving along.

Flat Fee Legal Services

Flat-fee legal services are usually most appropriate in situations where the client and its chosen law firm will work together on a repeat basis, so they're both familiar with the work required and how much it would usually cost. For this reason, flat fees are more often used for transactional work than for litigation. Flat fee rate agreements are different from those with an hourly rate because flat fee agreements include one fee that covers a specific scope of services.

Civil Therapy

Trauma creates a blockade for positivity to flow in many cases depression, anger, and more feelings build up and the victim many times are stuck in a dark void. Legal Assistance starts to help release them from their burden but a portion of their burden still remains because it deals with a mental/emotional aspect. Therapy is a necessary step in healing and recovering information that trauma may have suppressed. We offer therapy sessions and recommendations to helpful Psychologists and Neurologists if deep trauma was incurred and a therapist is not a sufficient option.

Pro Bono Services

Each Civil Security contracted lawyer is responsible for five pro bono cases a year. We offer these cases as civil gratis to all minority civilians in any financial burden faced with a severe injustice affecting their freedom, lively hood, or peace.
